In response, Stuff Industries Incorporated reduced the number of available options. The current version provides a smaller set of clearly defined defaults, designed to support immediate progress. This change required confidence in the system. Fewer options mean greater responsibility for the choices that remain. The result has been a more focused and efficient experience. Projects begin faster, decisions are clearer, and momentum is easier to maintain.
Where possible, we now remove decisions rather than add them.
